  2. Now visit the Google Play, App Store or AppGallery for eGovPH app
  3. Sign up for the app if you do not have an account or simply login
  4. To create new account, enter details like your First Name, Middle Name, Last Name and Email address
  5. Verify your email using the code sent on your email
  6. After email verification, enter your Mobile Number and enter the OTP for verification
  7. After successful verification, create your MPIN.
  8. Congratulations, your account will be activated
  9. Verify your account by scanning your PhilSys QR or entering details of your citizenship, First Name, Last Name, Birthdate, Gender and Current Address
  10. Confirm the information entered
  11. You can now add your signature or skip this step by tapping on continue
  12. Now Take a Live Selfie for Identity Verification
